I know it says optional next to the two role play questions, but please do at least one of these, if you have NO role play experience that is fine, just state that in your post, it will not affect your placement.

Please aim to fill in all information in as much detail as possible.

Any questions just post in the Hospital Wing or PM myself or another member of staff.
