The way she ages: Rosalie aged normally up until the age of 16 but then she stopped aging (it only appeared this way because she only ages one year for every 10 that pass) She can die and she can be hurt in every way a normal human does. But, she does have 10 lives. In other words, as long as she’s not over the age of 700, she regenerates but this can only happen 10 times and takes a week. She regenerates at the age she died at. If she is over the age of 700, she will just die. She has been through school with the head and has come back to teach History of Magic she looks like she is still 16. Her hair, nails (ECT), grow normally. She is on her 2nd life as she drowned in cursed water when she was 16. This is why she is how she is. She has decided to take school again because the school has generally changed. She sleeps in the Ravenclaw dormitory.
Appearance: Long blonde hair and bluey-brown eyes. She wears what ever clothes she feel like that day. She loves one pair of boots that she's had since she was 16.
Personality: Smart and kind. She's quite loony but in a good way. She's always willing to help where she can. She has a small group of really close friends rather than a large group of distant friends.
